DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join an exciting project with the possibility of extension. The role requires on-site presence twice a week and involves managing DevOps tools, automating processes, improving monitoring, and handling cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Tool Management: Support and upgrade DevOps tools, maintain servers, and contribute to their continuous development.

• Observability Improvements: Enhance monitoring for services to improve system reliability.

• Scripting & Automation: Develop, implement, and maintain scripts to automate processes and reduce manual efforts.

Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud-based infrastructure, primarily on Azure and custom hybrid cloud solutions, ensuring stability and efficiency.

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role related to application/system administration.

• Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, Shell, PowerShell, Groovy.

• Experience with cloud services, ideally Azure, with an understanding of infrastructure and networking concepts.

• Solid working knowledge of tools such as:

  • GitHub (including GitHub Actions and managing own action runners)

  • CloudBees Jenkins

  • SonarQube

  • GitHub Copilot

  • Related technologies (Git, Maven, npm).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
