If you are passionate about building scalable applications with modern tech stacks and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this opportunity with our client is perfect for you!

Job description

Our client, a Fortune 50 company, is seeking Senior .NET Engineers with FE experience to work on the extensive distributed application that will help their teams gather project-related data in one place and quickly surface key information to clients.

It aims to smoothen collaboration on complex projects and provide large corporate clients like Google, McDonald’s, and others with detailed analysis, visibility, and control during challenging multi-phase merges, acquisitions, or sales. Thanks to advanced processing and data visualization, it provides a transparent and in-depth look into ongoing deals.

The application is very high-profile, uses microservice architecture, and is built with a focus on the highest possible technical quality using the most modern technology stack.

The ideal candidate will have a consulting approach and engineering mindset. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing backend and potentially frontend if needed in a microservices-based architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

This is a remote-first position for engineers based in Europe, Turkey, Georgia, and Armenia with a required overlap of US working hours (2-7 PM CET).

Role & Responsibilities

As a .NET Developer, you will:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using .NET and C#.

  • Implement microservices architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability.

  • Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.

  • Work with databases including MS SQL, NoSQL, and Redis for efficient data storage and retrieval.

  • Integrate authentication mechanisms using OAuth2 and JWT.

  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.

  • Apply security best practices, following OWASP guidelines to prevent vulnerabilities like SQL Injection (SQLi), Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), and Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF).

  • Utilize Azure services, such as AppService, Service Bus, Functions, and SQL Database, for cloud-based hosting and scaling.
